Brunch For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. hot bulk sausage
    16 oz. pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and crumble.
    Lightly grease pan.
    Place potatoes in dish and sprinkle with salt.
    Layer with crumbled sausage, cheese and bell pepper.
    Mix eggs and milk together thoroughly.
    Pour over bell peppers.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
