Mexican Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 count) pkg. jumbo hot dogs
    1 (8 count) pkg. flour tortillas
    1 onion, diced
    Velveeta cheese
    garlic powder
    16 oz. can chili
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    1 diced bell pepper
    crushed red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Drain Ro-Tel.
    Dice onion and bell pepper.
    Add red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and any other favorite spices to taste.
    Mix in chili and simmer on medium heat. While sauce simmers, split hot dogs lengthwise 3/4 of the way through.
    Slice off 4 slices of cheese 1/2 inch thick and cut them into 4 strips.
    Place 2 strips in each hot dog.
