Hearty Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. low-fat cheese, cubed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk and flour in a saucepan.
    Heat to a simmer but do not boil.
    Gradually add cheese, stirring well, until cheese is melted.
    Add seasonings and place in fondue pot over low flame. Dip using bread cubes, cherry tomatoes, raw cauliflowerets, or other vegetables.
