Pate Chinois - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can peas, drained
    mashed potatoes (enough for 2 layers in loaf pan)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    hamburg with onion; salt and pepper.
    Put a layer of mashed
    potatoes
    in
    a
    loaf
    pan.
    Place one half of the hamburg on
    top of potatoes.
    Put the corn on top of meat and add
    the rest of the meat.
    Put the peas on top of second meat layer.
    Put a layer of mashed potatoes on top of peas; sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
