Baked Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 (4 oz. each) cans diced green chilies
    chopped onions, ham or bacon
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
