Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) jar Roka Blue cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    8 oz. dried beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak garlic in vinegar for 1 hour.
    Mix all cheeses.
    Add vinegar.
    Add 5 ounces dried beef.
    Chill until firm.
    Form into a ball and roll in remaining dried beef.
    Refrigerate until serving.
