Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food color
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Put food color in a cup and add vinegar.
    Mix well and add to egg mixture.
    Beat well.
    Mix cocoa, flour, soda and salt together.
    Add flour mix and buttermilk alternately.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Bake in 3 or 4 thin layer pans or an extra large cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Let cool.
