Baptist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    3 c. sugar (can use less)
    5 eggs (or egg substitute or combination to equal 5 eggs)
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar, medium speed.
    Add eggs and blend well. Add baking powder to flour and then add milk and flour alternately to mixture; add vanilla; do not overbeat.
