Cheese And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Mert's Cheddar cheese spread
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese, bread crumbs, milk, onion and egg.
Make 24 (1 1/4-inch) meatballs.
Mix flour, salt and pepper. In rectangular baking dish, alternate 2 layers of potatoes, green beans and flour mixture.
Heat remaining cheese and mushroom soup until cheese melts.
Pour half of mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Arrange meatballs over potatoes.
Add remaining soup mixture.
Bake an added 45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
