Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, drained frozen corn
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
    2 c. light cream
    1 can pimientos, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
    In large bowl, mix corn, eggs and onion well.
    Combine flour, salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg.
    Stir into corn mixture. Add butter or margarine and pimientos.
    Mix well.
    Pour into dish.
    Set dish in pan.
    Pour hot water to 1-inch around dish. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until pudding is firm and knife comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
