Pumpkin Harvest Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. solid packed unsweetened pumpkin puree
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    10 oz white chocolate chips
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda.
    In medium bowl with an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
    Beat in pumpkin puree. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Beat flour mixture until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
    Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until set.
