Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. squash
1 stick oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 can water chestnuts
1 box Stove-Top cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash and drain.
Set aside 1 cup cornbread stuffing mix and combine remainder with squash.
Add cream of chicken soup, undiluted, sour cream and water chestnuts.
Melt oleo in casserole dish.
Pour squash mixture into casserole.
Sprinkle reserved stuffing mix on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
