Salmon Puff(May Use Tuna) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 c. soft bread cubes
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk and soup.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into loaf pan or other small baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, until mixture appears set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
