Wild Goose Or Duck(Tennessee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large goose or duck
    1 gal. water
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 medium potato
    1 can Pepper Oriental
Preparation
    Boil goose or duck in seasoned water until tender.
    Remove meat from bone.
    Add mixture to Pepper Oriental and gravy.
    Makes a pretty dish also.
