Three Bean Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried red kidney beans
    1 c. dried Great Northern beans
    1 c. dried black beans
    8 c. water
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans no-salt whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can no-salt tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrot
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
Preparation
    Sort, wash and place beans in water 2 inches above beans.
    Let soak overnight.
    Drain well.
    Combine beans and water in kettle. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
    Drain beans, reserving 3 cups water.
    Transfer 1/3 cup beans to small bowl; mash with fork to make a paste.
