Vegetable Dip(Low Calorie, No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bowl (nonfat) sour cream
    2 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 c. (fat free) Miracle Whip
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well.
    Refrigerate.
