Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
8 oz. thin sliced Swiss cheese
8 oz. thin sliced cooked ham
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Spread breasts flat; fold ham and cheese to fit on top.
Fold over; fasten with toothpicks.
On waxed paper, mix flour and paprika; coat chicken.
In hot butter, cook chicken until brown on all sides.
Add wine and bouillon.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Remove toothpicks.
