Swiss Ham Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (1 c.)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. ham, diced
Preparation
    Bake pastry shell in 450\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
