Ingredients

10 oz. almonds
5 oz. honey
2 or more tsp. cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
1 loaf extra thin white bread slices (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 lb. butter, melted
4 eggs
vanilla to taste
almond extract to taste
Preparation

Process almonds, honey and cinnamon in a blender.
Add evaporated milk to thin.
Use this as sandwich filling on bread slices.
Brush both sides with melted butter.
Mix remaining butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extract.
Dip sandwiches in egg batter like French toast.
Broil about 3 minutes; turn and broil second side.
Freeze or serve immediately with syrup.
