Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans or raisins
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Mix
first
4
ingredients.
Sift the next 4 and add to the first
mixture.
Fold
in pecans and apples last.
Mix by hand
as batter
is
very stiff.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan
at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour or 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
