Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine (unflavored)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 can coconut
    1 large tub Cool Whip
    1 large angel food cake
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 4 tablespoons cold water, then add to boiling water, sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice and boil. Put in refrigerator until jelled.
    Remove brown from cake; break up into little pieces in glass oblong dish (11 x 13-inch).
    After gelatine mixture is jelled, add to Cool Whip and pineapple, then add to cake and blend well with spatula.
    Put coconut on top and refrigerate.
