Baked Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 potatoes (1 per serving)
Italian salad dressing (oil blend) not creamy.
Preparation

Slice
potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Place in baking dish and fan slices slightly.
Pour salad dressing over potatoes.
Cover dish with saran wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Rotate potatoes, cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then microwave on high for another 4-6 minutes or until potatoes are soft when tested with a fork.
