Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. each vanilla and lemon flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix with electric mixer the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
On low speed, blend in eggs.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to cheese mixture.
Blend until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
Serves 12.
