Make-Ahead Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced into rings
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Saute pork chops in skillet until brown.
    Place rice in casserole.
    Layer pork chops and vegetables over rice; pour bouillon over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender, adding water if necessary.
