Nannie'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 large can sweet potato yams, drained and juice reserved
1 small can sweet potato yams, drained and juice reserved
1/4 c. sweet potato yam juice
pecans
marshmallows

Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients well with electric beaters; pour into casserole dish.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle top with marshmallows and return to oven until melted and lightly browned.
