Ambrosia Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. toasted coconut
    1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
    Serve with breads, muffins or fruit.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Yields about 2 cups of spread.
