Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
10 saltine crackers, beaten finely
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
all-purpose batter mix (dry)
Preparation

In one bowl mix crab meat and crackers.
In another bowl, mix all other ingredients and pour over crab meat.
Stir and form into cakes.
Sprinkle top and bottom of cakes with batter mix.
Fry quickly until golden brown.
