Divine Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add chicken breasts and cook until done and lightly browned.
    Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.
    Stir flour into drippings in the skillet and cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
    Add the chicken broth and cream.
    Stir and cook until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in the mustard.
    Return the chicken to the skillet, cover and heat for 10 minutes.
    Serve with hot cooked rice.
