Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. croutons
    5 eggs
    1 lb. ground sausage
    3 c. milk
    3 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Layer croutons, cheese and sausage in a casserole dish.
    Blend milk and eggs.
    Pour over croutons.
    Let sit in refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours), covered.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Remove cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
