Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant rice
2 pkg. Lipton noodle soup
3 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lb. sausage
6 medium stalks celery
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
slivered almonds
Preparation

Boil rice, soup and water for 7 minutes.
Brown sausage.
Lift out with slotted spoon.
Add sausage to mixture.
Brown in sausage drippings the celery, green pepper and onion.
Add to rice mixture.
Put into casserole and cover with almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
