Veal And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal shoulder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    2 c. onions (pearl or slices)
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 large pkg. noodles
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. carrots
    2 green peppers, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut veal into 1-inch cubes.
    Brown in shortening.
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over meat and stir until blended.
    Add water, Worcestershire, onions, carrots and celery. Cover.
    When steaming, cook for 25 minutes on low heat.
    Add sliced peppers and cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
    Serve meat over cooked noodles tossed in butter.
