Soup Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pwd. milk
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. instant bouillon (chicken or beef)
    2 TBSP. dried onion
    1/2 tsp. other herbs such as basil, thyme, tarragon, parsley, chervil, etc. (dried)
Preparation
    Mix the first two ingredients as the base and add any or all of the remaining ingredients.
    Put all ingredients in a qt. jar and shake to mix.
    To use, add 1/3 cup of the mix to one cup of cold water.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
