Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. butter
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
3 chicken breasts, halved and parboiled 20 to 30 minutes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Melt butter and blend in flour, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper.
Add chicken broth then cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Stir in cream and wine.
