Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 whole jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/8 tsp. jalapeno juice
Preparation

In a large deep pan, brown ground chuck; drain.
Add onion and cook until onion is transparent.
Add tomato sauce, Velveeta, garlic powder, Worcestershire
sauce, jalapenos and juice.
Heat through but do not boil.
Serve hot.
Makes 20 servings.
Freezes well.
