Shrimp And Tuna Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 large Philadelphia cream cheese (less 1-inch)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. finely diced onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 lb. cooked, cleaned, finely cut shrimp or 1 can tuna
salt to taste
Preparation

Bring soup to a boil.
Add cream cheese and melt.
Remove from fire.
Add gelatine, dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
Add mayonnaise, celery and onions.
Cool slightly and add the shrimp or the can of tuna.
Put in mold. Chill. Serve with crackers.
