Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice - divided
    onions
    peppers or celery
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Pour 1 c. raw rice in casserole dish.
    Season with salt & pepper.
    Pour 1 c. tomato juice over rice.
    Chop 1/2 c. of onion, peppers, or celery.
    Add 1 lb. raw ground beef.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour 1 1/2 c. tomato juice and 1/4 c. water over it.
