Baked Greek Freighter Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 or 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. potatoes, diced and parboiled a little
    1 tsp. fresh mint or 15 fresh leaves, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    3 or 4 cloves crushed garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 or 1 tsp. oregano to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. pine nuts (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained or fresh spinach
    1/2 pkg. phyllo pastry
    1 recipe Egg Sauce
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil and butter over medium heat; add onion, potatoes and garlic.
    Add salt at beginning and rest of spices at end.
    Let cool and drain off oil and toss in Feta cheese.
    Lay 1/4 package phyllo in 8-inch square (or I use an 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish) oiling between layers.
    Place meat mixture on top of phyllo, then spread spinach on top.
    Then follow with Egg Custard.
    Fold overlapping phyllo over top and dust with cinnamon and drizzle on butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Let sit for a time before cutting.
