Ingredients

1/4 c. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. mustard seed (optional)
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Process mustard, mustard seed, honey, vinegar and salt.
Cover and let stand overnight for the flavor to develop.
