Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. garbanzo beans
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Use 1/2 cup of water; add sesame seed and blend well in blender.
    Add garbanzos, olive oil and garlic powder.
    Salt to taste.
    If the mixture is too thick, you can add the amount of water necessary to get the consistency you like.
    Yields 8 servings.
