Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. celery
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
4 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Fry sausage until crumbly; drain.
Saute onion, pepper and celery.
Mix with sausage; add chicken noodle soup.
Add water, rice and water chestnuts.
Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
