Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. onion juice
fresh garlic or garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. black walnuts
chives or watercress (if desired)
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Grate Longhorn cheese and set until soft.
Mix with cream cheese and rest of ingredients. Mix well.
Form into rolls and roll onto nuts. Wrap into wax paper and chill.
Cut into thin slices and serve.
