Chicken Breasts Autumn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 apples, cored, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute apples in 1 tablespoon margarine. Add brown sugar; cook about 3 minutes.
    Remove apples; set aside. Add onion; saute until opaque.
    Remove onion.
    Add remaining margarine to pan; brown chicken breasts.
    Remove and place in baking dish.
    To the pan drippings, add chicken broth, wine and yogurt.
    After whisking them together, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add apples and onion.
    Pour mixture over chicken; bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
