Spinach Pom Poms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    dash of nutmeg
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
    Squeeze spinach in hands until dry.
    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend together.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Refrigerate or freeze (if not, use right away).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot.
    Drain on paper towels.
