Baked Fish With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil or melted butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine onion, celery and parsley.
Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Lay fish on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Brush fish with oil or butter.
Pour tomato sauce on top and bake 30 minutes more.
