Elna'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    chicken (any parts you like), boned or deboned
Preparation
    Put chicken in one layer in a baking dish.
    Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover loosely with foil if chicken begins to brown.
    Goes well with rice and steamed broccoli.
