Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and mix with cheese.
    Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time.
    Form into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    (May be frozen at this stage.)
    Bake in preheated oven about 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
    If frozen, cooking may take a few extra minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
