Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) round steak
bacon drippings
1 green pepper
3 fresh tomatoes
3 medium onions
3 or 4 potatoes
1 lb. can beef gravy
Preparation

Cut the steaks into small cubes.
Sear and brown in bacon drippings.
Add pepper, tomatoes, onions and potatoes, all cut into wedges.
Pour the beef gravy or stock made from bouillon cubes over steak.
Cover skillet and steam at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
