Baked Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    3/4 c. green peppers, cut in small chunks
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. canned or frozen green beans
    2 c. undrained canned tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a flat baking dish (non-aluminum). Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
