Maid Of Honor Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cubed potatoes (with skins on)
    1 c. butter
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
    1 small diced green bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tube spicy pork sausage
    1 small finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil cubed potatoes (with skins on) until tender. Cook and drain sausage until it looks like hamburger. Combine butter, grated cheese, cream cheese, pepper, onions, green onions, Parmesan cheese, milk, sausage, salt, pepper and cooked potatoes in large bowl or pan. Place in large casserole dish or baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining cheese and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
