Baked Tomato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise
    5 small tomatoes, sliced
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large
    greased pie plate or 13 x 9-inch pan, arrange the zucchini
    slices.
    Top
    with
    the onions and bread crumbs. Sprinkle garlic
    over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Lay Swiss cheese
    slices
    over\tall
    and sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over
    all.
    Put
    tomato slices on top and put remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan over tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with thyme.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
